Hi Popeye,

we have special MODs for LSH3. You can download them from this site:

MODs which are specially made for GWX will mostly not run with LSH3. MODs which only change the TGA graphics will run with LSH3 too.

It should be great if LSH3 modders would upload it to any hosting provider (or here) so that people (like me from The Netherlands) don't get confused.

Because there are soooo many mods out there ....

I cannot wait until you will release LSH v.5 this would be awesome!

Thanks, but I knew this link.

Do you know that there is a small bug in the map screen, where the ruler is etc. etc. (down below)? You can (with your mouse), drag the horizontal background picture/image.

Furthermore, I installed OLC GUI (the one specialy made for LSH3), but this mod did not worked quite good for me. For example, some icons like observation periscope doesn't work when you click on it.



I cant wait when the new v.5 version will be released!

never heard of this bug - i'll take a look at this. I can foreward the problem with OLC GUI to "KretschmerU99", who is "responsible" for slide-outs and other GUIs. I'm realy a "fan" of UBI's classic GUI and using only this GUI.

Q. 1 = Is it down-loadable? And where?
Q. 2 = OLC GUI (the one specialy made for LSH3) is it correct that you can not use the arrows peri/observation scope and that some menu items don't work?

Hi Popeye,

to your question #1: it is not downloadable, but will be integrated in Version 5.0. It is very easy to change it (you just need a text-editor).

Open the file "mwnu_1024_768.ini" (in the folder "data/Menu"). Search for the string leer . You will find this string within the following block:

Very simple to change it and a good explanation how to do it. Maybe you can inform people in a readme.txt when they download your LSH3 version 4.

I don't understand what "Notiz" is/means (of course I know the word), but how can you use it in LSH3? You can find it on the navigation map (left top) and drag it. But can you write in it?

Or is it just for show?

Hi Popeye,

"Notiz" (or notice) is an emty TGA in which you can write your "personal" informations (for example "good" PQ for hunting).

IIRC, the name of that TGA is "Notiz_leer.tga" (or "Notice.tga"), you can find it in the folder "data/Menu/GUI/Layout". Open this file with "GIMP", "Photoshop" or something like this an edit this TGA - add the information you need.

This was an idea of a LSH3-user - blueduck - and he made a small tutorial (in german) which is included in the folder "Documentation".
