Hi!  In the past few days I've just recently got back to sub sims.  Way back I played a lot in the 1990's (early 90's everything available for the Atari ST).  Decided to get Silent Hunter 5 and am already thick into the mod soup.  (Helps that I got familiar with mods and meta-mods with Europa Barbarorum, a total conversion mod for Rome Total War, which has extensive meta-mods.)

SH5 is a lot better now with the mods out there  thup1

By the way, what do I change to get a flag graphic instead of an 'X' showing in the second column of the heading lists?

If you look up the page to the "Message Icon:" which will say Standard just click the drop down button and the flags
will appear by country  thup1

Or after you have made the post, you should just click on the X, and you should get a drop-down selection of icons.  sm09
