A simple question...
What version of SHIV should I use? 1.4 or 1.5?
I presently have 1.4 and am trying to decide if I really out to get 1.5 or not...
-
Well, 1.5 does not only bring in the option to play a uboat campaign, it also makes some upgrades to the fleet boat part.
I haven't regretted it.
Besides most mods get adjusted for 1.5 and not 1.4

Hi,and thanks to Carotio for the work you're doing..
Have to agree, version 1.5 is most worthwhile as the majority of people have this now, not to mention the large amount of mods and supermods available and continuously being updated to choose from.. 8)

I am having trouble getting through the main missions...much less with supermods...lolol

This game just keeps getting better and better mostly because of the dedicated MOD makers(creator's) hook2. I have V1.5, using VISTA 64 hammer35, works great, except I need to up the RAM a bit so I can run the MOD's bdhb.

Hello...well, not all the super mods make the game more difficult, mainly TMO does. You could try RFB. I would think that using a supermod just makes things easier, in that many of the bugs are addressed, etc.
Or...just use Websters game fixes mod. So that you at least get some more of the bugs out.
