Hello, my name is Simon & I have been playing SH3 and SH4 for about 6 months.  I prefer SH3 and am playing this with GWX 3.  I would like any advice regarding SH Commander as I would like to try this mod also.

Can't really do, since I never used it. But many liked it as add on. And that is what it really is: an add on. It's a program you start before you boot up SH3, but there are some special files made for different super mods, which you need to have somewhere in the SH3 commander folders AFAIR. If not you may experience CTDs.
The GWX devs don't come to this forum, so I'm afraid you have to ask about that in the subsim SH3 mod workshop forum, if you want the best help.
