I did as explained but it does not work for some reason.  confusedeyes
: Re: Hi

I have modified your post to make it work  ;)

The explanation comes here:

Here you need to write: [html*] without the *
<object width="425" height="344"><param name="movie" value="http://www.youtube.com/v/bZIgda01k6o&hl=en&fs=1"></param><param name="allowFullScreen" value="true"></param><param name="allowscriptaccess" value="always"></param><embed src="http://www.youtube.com/v/bZIgda01k6o&hl=en&fs=1" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" allowscriptaccess="always" allowfullscreen="true" width="425" height="344"></embed></object>
And here you need to write: [/html*] without the *

Hmmm ok, but i think i did exactly that  ???

Only the embed code was displayed and when i edited my post to look what i did wrong the [*html] and [*/html] was gone. (Yes without the*)

I did it again with the same effect.  ???

: Carotio March 10, 2009, 04:36:28 PM
Try again. I should maybe be more precise, but actually there should not be space inbetween either, nor moved to a new line, so
something like this:

[html*]embedcode[/html*]

Corotio, your pick a password routing is about as friendly as Vista with a headache. Yikes! I finally downloaded a Firefox extension to autogenerate one of those untypable, unrememberable (even to retype immediately afterwards), nasty, smelly random character passwords. Now, since I can neither remember nor type it, if my Firefox master password lets me down I'm screwed! dooooh

Computer safety is just great! It doesn't matter if nothing works as long as it's all secure. hillgh bomberplane

Nobody screws you RR, well, at least not me...  evllagh
If shit happens, I can reset a password like in give you the one you want.  cowbcool

Problem solved for you and everybody else now.
Installed a mod to the forum which allows video embedding by just writing the url, and thus the embedding happens automatically...

I did join youre great looking form my new friend thup....I play SH4 both American and U-Boat side. I dont play any real MOD's as of yet, but I do use Webster's fixes, well some of them, I came here by the guidance of another, I was looking for skins for U-Boats, and youre site had what I was looking for. I like to give all a hand that ask for advice and or exchange hints , tactics. pstgossip

I don't have a preference to theater either: I play both US and German side. Well, lately mostly US, because I haven't really worked too much on my own supermod, which will be for the German side. OM is good and well made, no doubt, but I'm more a casual gamer and not too concerned about realism.
If you're fairly new to SH4, then yes, go ahead slowly with mods, find a mix of smaller ones, then you can "upgrade" later.
I have made a few mods for SH4, which I hope you'll enjoy, such as a radio mod, which is rather big, but worth while IMHO.  j12
