Interesting, although I don't have SH5 (I have SH4 which doesn't require the connection):

If the correct place is the trash, that's OK.  I have a thick skin.... lol .... and here I thought Slashdot had some news of use to SH5 people - now that's funny!  Very clever work around in the post you referenced.... about NINE months ago ;-)

that you need an internet connection to initially log into the game and once you have
you don't then need to be connected.
But there is no mention if one is needed when ending the game

Oh No, no - I was joking - I was not offended at all.  Please don't think I was.  I intended my post in a friendly way and was shocked when I found out there had been a fix since March - probably earlier.
 
As I said, I don't even have SH5, I'm a SH4 Pacific Theatre sailor.

PS - now I going to try and pronounce this Verification word - who needs vowels?
 
PPS:  reference for PS,  "Wheel of Fortune" is/was an American TV game show where a wheel was spun that had letters on it.  People tried to spell words and win money.... players could buy a vowel to help them win and I noticed there were no vowels in my random letter word to validate this post which amused me.... (I'm easily amused - and enjoy good humor)  No offense intended or taken!
