Russian Police officer Alexey Dymovskiy talking about the current state of Russian Police Force (militsya).

I hope the best for him in his current situation, and that the situation with corruption will diminish over time, but it takes guts to fight it, as this police officer just did.

This brave former policeman accusing his former collegues of corruption has now been arrested himself under charges for..... corruption. They just don't have any imagination over there...  realno
