I suggested to my wife that seeing how I have not taken her anywhere lately how would she like to go on a cruse.
She said great lets go.
Two hours later we arrived at Gosport she stopped and stared at the sight before her and said “you said on it not in it†I replied ok now there is no need to get picky we only just got here.

I don’t know there is just no pleasing some women they just don’t appreciate a good time do they
But after all said and done you have gotta love them.

27 years on display in a museum, the sign says 2008, that must mean since 1981.
So, this sub, I presume, is not a WW2 sub or? I mean it probably served during the cold war or?

She was commissioned in 1947 so no just outside the war have a look at her here
