Now I've got the basics (navigation, torpedo aiming etc...) sorted. And started digging into the game. I was wondering if the game has any special ops or secret mission mods doing the rounds.

As well as blowing up merchant ships and warships, it would be great fun sneaking close in to enemy coastlines so special agents can be dropped off or picked up.

Is that kind of thing possible to do?

In SH4, yes, that's part of the missions sometimes. At least, in stock version. I can't remember how it is with the supermods.

For SH5, I can't remember either. I haven't played it enough to know, but hoepfully someone else can give you a better reply.

If you use the oh mod for SH5 I think you also get some missions also but I dont play anymore so I'm not sure  scrtg
