Bored with some games I decided to go back to some old ones and give them a go again. I have SH3,SH4 and SH5, so decided that I would give them an go. I remember how good SH3 was with the Grey Wolves mod. Unfortunately my copy of SH3 is one of the old ones with Starforce and this has problems with Win7, so I bought another cheap copy from Amazon without the Starforce.

Now have SH5 up and running with the Magnus Opus mod and quite a few other mods and loving the tension of sitting in the middle of a big fat convoy with destroyers hunting me down.

Thanks for the welcome.

Just had a really nervous and tense experience of the coast of the Shetland isles in SH3 at map ref AN21. Came across several cargo ships heading south and decided to attack. After sinking the second cargo a destroyer was steaming in my direction from the west. Followed soon after by another from the west. Next thing I know I have fast moving contacts from the south heading in my direction. Spent the next few hours playing cat and mouse with 4 destroyers constantly pinging me and battery power quickly draining.

Don't know how but managed to limp back to Kiel with a seriously damaged boat and no torps.
