[REL] Rubini Mods

With thanks to Rubini for not only allowing me to display these two
Mod but also for giving me permission to use them in one of mine

This first mod places Ships in Harbours and can be used in Stock SH3
To add some nice eye candy to the start of your mission


The second is the last version of his Life boat & Debris With Oarsmen mod
Which as everybody knows is a must have in no matter which version you use.


We hope to add more to this thread but permissions come first
