it was specialy clean install   without any other mod
1/ I tried to come back to kiel  but out of petrol , then I finsih the patrol with menu and start following patrol it was the same.
I tried to change base  go to wilhemshaven and now all is ok
for test I tried again to change base to kiel and I had again the bug

can I add some songs for gramophone or radio from another mod

should not affect this mod if you enable a sound mod so yes.

I was just wondering as some people are having difficulty unpacking the LSH3 v5 mod zipped with 7z you might conceder placing a single file version packed with Winrar also this may help some users 

P.s thanks for this great mod and I look forward to the next version

Question here... I'm using XP 64 bit, not sure if this is the cause

I go to extract this mod and get the error:

Can not open file 'C:\games\LSH3_V5.1_Fullversion.exe as archive

Any suggestions?

If you try to extract the file using Winrar instead of 7zip this error
happens.
is this what you did

Unfortunately, I do have 7zip installed, and that is the program I used that got the error.

Any file with the file extention .exe is not an archive file.
Exe is short for executive, it means that if you double click the file, it will do what it is supposed to do.
In this case, it's a program, which will look for or ask for the location of your SH3 with LSH3 installed folder, and then you can update it.
I don't know why some mod teams make it this way, but that's their decision.
So you cannot use 7zip, winrar, winzip or whatever here.

Right... What is odd is that my computer defaults to treating the 1gig exe as a 7zip file. I was always just double clicking the file and having 7zip start to try and extract the file. There is no "just open it" option for me, as 7zip is a POS getting in my way.

I have uninstalled it, but I think I must have a non-registry install, as that does not remove the option.

PS on a side note, I've never been to a forum where I have to prove I'm a human for every single post.

That won't happen forever you know... 
Just make a couple of more posts, and then you'll be off that hook.
If you read the FAQ board, you'll see that SHMF has seen some heavy bot attacks, and honestly, I hate to waste my time cleaning up the forum from posts. This measure reduces the chance a bit.

Hey. I haven't played SHIII in years and wanted to try this mod but I am unable to download it. Whether it is the parted version or the full one, the download always cuts out after a certain while. I've never been able to download more than ~100mb of a parted file or of the whole file. I'd really appreciate any help. I really want to play this mod.

That's to do with the LSH3 servers cut off time if your connection is too slow
it will stop the download after about 1hour.

Edit ... Or maybe you have a file size limit on your cable account
