Let's give a moment of silence for Norway
« on: July 23, 2011, 12:20:13 AM »
Friday, July 22nd - a black day for Norway.

A terror attack struck Oslo and a little island south of Oslo, Utøya.

Not much is yet clear what exactly has happend.
The police has arrested a tall, blond man of Norwegian ethnic background.
If he worked alone or whatever is yet not clear.

However, several people have died in this terror attack.

Let's give them and their families proper honor by sending them our thoughts.

Thanks.

It was really a sad sight to see. Imagine having a shooting spree in public. I would have imagined that would be achieved through games but not for real. The bombing was horrible as well. I do hope they get the right suspects behind bars. But I think that they are not in the proper state of mind.
A moment's peace for those in Norway.

I have not replied to this thread until now because I really cant understand
how anyone would think that taking the lives of  innocent members of the general
public would change anything.
They class the person responsible for this as a terrorist I myself see nothing more
then a murdering coward who picked on safe targets those that had no way to react.

Surly the rest of the world can do nothing more than hang their heads in shame that
a fellow human being could cause such heart ache to so many and think he was justified in doing so.

May my subs flags fly at half mast for those who are left to greave and the soles
of those now departed ........... Steve
